01What happens next

  1. Confirmation email — a receipt and welcome email land in your inbox within a few minutes. Check spam if you don't see it.
  2. Isolated setup — we stand up your agent on infrastructure isolated to your account, under SOSA™ governance. No shared tenant data.
  3. Onboarding — we connect your tools (mail, CRM, whatever the agent needs) and walk you through approval gates so a human stays in the loop on what matters.
  4. Go live — your agent starts working. You'll get a link to the dashboard where you watch runs, review outcomes, and approve actions.

Onboarding SLA: a member of our team reaches out within one business day to kick off setup. Most agents are live within 2–3 business days of onboarding.
