Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

By using OpsAgent ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. OpsAgent is operated by MSApps. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

2. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed in the order form / intake confirmation. Cancellation at any time stops future billing; we don't refund partial months. Custom enterprise terms (SLA, DPA, security addendum) override this section where they conflict.

3. Customer data

Customer data is yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the workflows you've configured. See our Privacy Policy and the SOSA whitepaper for processing details.

4. AI outputs

OpsAgent uses large language models (Claude and others). AI outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic. We make no warranty that any specific output is correct, legal, or fit for purpose. Always review outputs before they leave your business.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime on standard plans. Enterprise plans include a written SLA. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MSApps' total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice and a chance to cure. We may suspend immediately for security incidents, abuse, or non-payment.

8. Governing law

Israeli law, exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, unless your enterprise order form says otherwise.

Custom contract? Enterprise customers usually sign an MSA + DPA + security addendum that supersedes this page on points of conflict. Contact us via the intake flow to start.
